  Ship Application Process:
 
Ship Application will require the applicant to fill up details in the following sections of the application form.
  1. Ship's Particulars / Ship Specification
  2. Ship Voyage Information / Engine Particulars
  3. Owner's Particulars / Ship Manager Particulars
  4. Application For Radio License
  5. Safe Manning Requirement
  6. Existing Certificate (under previous administration)
  7. Applicant's Particulars

Note:
You are advised to read through these requirements and prepare the information required before starting the online application process. The entire online application process will take about half an hour to complete.


The application form entry process:

Step 1:
Each ship application starts with the Ship Application Summary Information page. Setup the main application information which the system will guide you on the form entry process.

Click on [Save For Later] button to save as draft application to proceed with form entry later.

Click on [Submit] button to proceed with the form entry process.

Step 2:
Proceed with the online form entry process of the 7 page application form.

During the entry process, you can on the [Save For Later] button to save as draft application and continue with the entry later. The draft ship applications are accessible via the Draft Application Listing.

Click on the [Next] button to proceed to next available page.

Click on the [Previous] button to go back to previous page for any corrections.

The fee information for the application will be displayed after Applicant's Particulars at page 7 is filled up.

Step 3:
When all details are completed, you may proceed to submit the ship application.

Before you submit the application, ensure you print a copy of the application details for your own reference. Click on the [Printer Friendly] button to print the application form details.

Click on the [Submit Application] button to submit your completed ship application.

For each completed application, there will be a Reference ID assigned. This ID is displayed on the final page and sends to you via the confirmation email. You can use this ID to check your ship application status online.
